About

About this blog:

Everyday we interact with hundreds of people. Whether it is passing someone on the street, driving by someone in a car, the people on your bus, sending someone an email, or ordering your usual at your local coffee shop – we are constantly being affected and effecting others. Everyday we have thousands of touch points; places where we have the choice to positively or negatively impact someone’s day and even someone’s life. We all have the power to create change in the worlds we live by a simple smile, a please and thank you, giving someone your seat, letting someone in front of you instead of cutting them off while driving, and positively affect one another everyday. If we all did a little something everyday, what a better world this would be to live in.

My hope with this blog is to help spark a change. To look at the little things we do everyday and see how we can be a positive impact on everyone around us. I will share a new touch point I found that day or week and to share the stories of others. The more each of us do, however small it may seem, the better days we will all have.

Making a difference, with the little things we do, and changing the world, one day at a time.

About author:

My name is Kelly and I have been given the opportunity to create change. Not only to think about it, but my job IS to go out and actually DO things. Dream job? I think so at least. Brown Paper Tickets, a ticketing and event Not-Just-for-Profit company, we have a team of Doers; people who are experts in their fields that go out and find ways to improve the communities around them. I have become the Do Good Doer (yes, I do know how corny that sounds). My mission is simply this: to find ways to improve the world we live in through the little things we can do everyday.
